Puru Gaur
Puru Gaur is the founder and sole owner of Trimurti Group, the company behind a family of ventures. He holds an MPH in Health Policy and Management from Emory University (Rollins School of Public Health, ranked #2 in the nation by U.S. News & World Report) and an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Arizona — his MBA program ranked #7 in the nation by U.S. News & World Report — and is a Doctor of Business Administration in Health candidate at University College London — ranked #9 in the world (QS World University Rankings 2026). By day, he is a Director of Competitive Intelligence at a leading life sciences advisory firm, where he advises clients across the spectrum — from multi-billion-dollar pharmaceutical companies to smaller biotechs.
Trimurti Group started from a simple observation: every industry it touches runs on information asymmetry. The dealer knows the invoice price. The tax code rewards the informed. The insurance maze punishes the busy. Puru's answer was to build a guide for every room — one company per problem, all run on the same ten operating principles: give back, stay transparent, stay human.
The name comes from the trinity of Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh — creator, preserver, transformer. It's the group's operating philosophy in three words: create ventures where people need a guide, preserve the wealth those people earn, and transform the lives behind the transactions.
He volunteers as a Taekwondo instructor for children in underserved areas and serves as a public-health advisor with Ladybug for Girls®. Ladybug for Girls® Sport Wellness is an American sports-based youth development program that provides girls ages 5-12 years with evidence-based health education classes and sport safety resources. At home in Atlanta, Georgia, he's supervised by Momo the golden retriever and Leo the German Shepherd.
Ownership, stated plainly: Puru owns Trimurti Group outright. Gaur Vision Group — the group's affiliate — is owned by his father Pankaj Gaur's PANKAJ GAUR LLC. Puru has zero ownership of it, and the group never suggests otherwise.
Ten principles, every company.
Give back · Transparency · Humility
Plant trees under the shade of which we may never sit. Say what we do and do what we say. Stay small enough to listen.
Grace · Fail first · Teamwork
Handle people gently. Try, break, learn, repeat. Internal emails open warm and close with "let me know if there's anything I can take off your plate."
ABC · Ecosystem · Network · Fair pay
Always be closing — for the client. Build the ecosystem, not just the company. Expand the network. Pay fairly and say what everyone makes.
